Introduction
Effectiveness produces demand. This simple statement is the key. Tried and true methods work only if you work at them. In ministry, opportunity is disguised as hard work. Hard work without God produces results, just the wrong results. Any plan works if you work at it. It matters little what plan you use, as long it is His plan, He works through you.
With too many it can be said, "We minister, to minister again." Without question this is poor motive for service compared to the high callings of God. Those, consumed by God’s mission are in demand. He makes sure of that. The few who experience this, receive so many calls for their work that they never have to call to solicit meetings.
No one person knows it all, even if he’s tried it all. This book is the result of over 25 years of experience in ministry and observation in thousands of meetings in the largest and smallest churches with the same results: changed lives, lasting decisions, record crowds and families added to the churches.
